Instructions

  1. Raise the back up to the vertical position and secure in place by pushing down on the locking tubes. There may be a slight resistance while pushing down over the fitting. This is normal.

  2. To collapse the positioner, simply raise the locking tubes and lay the back flat.

NEVER LEAVE PATIENT UNATTENDED
