What does it mean to be “antimicrobial?”
Antimicrobial is a term mostly associated with the medical field and means a material that prevents the growth or existence of microorganisms like mold, rust, germs and bacteria.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our products are built to order and generally ship out within 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please call before ordering and we can do our best to accommodate you.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship UPS or Fedex whenever possible. When freight is required, we make sure to find the most cost effective option.
Is there anything I should know after ordering?
Please inspect the box thoroughly for any damage before accepting, especially in the case of freight delivery.
When my product arrives, is there assembly required?
All products arrive fully built. The most you would have to do is install the locking wheels, as they can often damage the fittings during shipping.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Damage in shipping is an unfortunate but infrequent reality. Please thoroughly inspect the box before accepting the delivery. If you discover the product damaged after opening the box, please keep the product wrapped, take a picture of the damage and inform us as soon as possible.
Does my order come with any warranty?
Yes, we offer a three-year warranty for defects in manufacturing or assembly. If you believe there might be something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately. This does not cover any potential “wear and tear” damage or damage resulted from misuse of the product.
